You work hard for your patients — and you deserve to be paid fairly for your expertise. Unfortunately, insurance companies don’t always make that easy. That’s where I come in.

 

I specialize in negotiating higher fee schedules for dietitians. Whether you’re frustrated with stagnant reimbursement rates or just want to ensure you’re being compensated competitively, I handle the entire negotiation process from start to finish.

What I do:

  • Write strong, evidence-based letters that demonstrate your value to insurance companies

  • Audit network directories and reimbursement data to build a compelling case

  • Manage all back-and-forth communication with payers so you don’t have to

  • Provide written monthly updates so you’re never left in the dark

How it works:

  • Flat fee: $200 non-refundable deposit to get started

  • Ongoing effort: I make at least two negotiation attempts per year for up to three years

  • Tiered success fee: You only pay more if I secure you an increase

    • 0.5–1% increase → $100

    • 1–2% increase → $200

    • 2–3% increase → $300
    • 3% increase → $400

Why It Matters

Even a small increase in your reimbursement rates can mean thousands of dollars in additional revenue each year. For most practices, one successful negotiation more than covers my fee — and then continues to pay dividends long after.
